What Causes Dizziness And Irregular Menses With Chest Pain?

For the past 2 months I have been feeling constantly tired like I haven't slept for a week, I have no energy and my arms and legs feel weak my periods have also been irregular and I have had a pain in the left side of my chest which feels like I have pulled a muscle as it hurts when i lift anything or if i cough or sneeze or laugh ?
