Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Dizziness And Itching On The Face While On Tramadol?
My doctor prescribed Tramadol for hip pain. I took one yesterday a 3:30, and another at 9:30 per instruction on label. It worked great but my face itched all night and I was dizzy. This morning my pulse was low, 58. It remained low most of the day and I felt terrible. Could I be allergic to it? I have not taken anymore. I do not take any of the drugs that may interact with it. Thank you
Well, as you have written, the symptoms that you describe are some of the side effects of Tramadol. You should not take any more because you will get sick. If you have a problem while breathing during this day, I will recommend you to seek help from emergency, if not, it is good for you to go to the doctor who prescribed you Tramadol to switch to another drug.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Eniola Memishahi
