What Causes Dizziness And Lack Of Energy After An Injury?

i got hit hard on the back of my head about 7 hours ago. I have been dizzy and sluggish since it happened but I have eaten and kept my self awake. Have I let enough time go by to make sure I do not have a concussion? How long do I have to wait before going to sleep for the night?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since 7 hours have passed, you can allow yourself to go to sleep.

The symptoms that would indicate imaging and further assessment may be needed are: headache, vomiting, age older than 60, alcohol or drug use, visible trauma, seizure, memory loss

If none of these is present, then it should be okay

I hope this helps
