What Causes Dizziness And Lack Of Focus?

I drove home from work, sitting in truck my eyes starting crossing, unable to focus, felt dizzy or like I was on some sort of drug. Very light headed, tried to focus. It eventually went away, but I was scared at first to walk cause I didn t want to fall down.
