What Causes Dizziness And Left-sided Headache When Diagnosed With A Colloid Cyst?

Dear sir, I have go through MRI and colloid cyst found in mri report.my head revolve evry time in left side and no pain in head.kindly help me what is this colloid cyst and how to overcome from this.is this overcome from medicine or have to go through surgery. Requeat me to kindly guide me for the same.
