What Causes Dizziness And Light Sensitivity After A Head Injury?
My 19 year old son hit head to head two weeks ago playing rugby. He had no concussion symptoms for three days after the collision. On the fourth day he complained of a fogy brain and dizziness. He was seen by our Dr and they check his pupils, coordination, light sensitivity and asked him if he had nausea or had a head ache. He has no complaints other than fogy brain and sometimes dizziness Everything seemed great other than him feeling like his brain was cloudy and sometimes feeling dizzy. He rested a few days and all seemed better ,but today will typing in numbers on a computer and then again tonight after starting to jog he has the same foggy brain feeling again. Could he have a concussion with only foggy brain at times and slight dizziness?

Yes there are chances for a concussion post injury.
Although we do not have any immediate symptoms,but such 8nstances have been seen even after 48-72 hours.
however for such symptoms it is better to rule out any internal injury by doing a ct scan.
