What Causes Dizziness And Lightheadedness While On Treatment For Lung Cancer?

I have stage 4 lung cancer and have been undergoing chemo and radiation for awhile now. I have 1 more chemo and 9 more radiation appointments left. For the past 2 weeks I have been dizzy and lightheaded and I was wondering if this could be caused from the treatments? Should I call my oncologist?
