What Causes Dizziness And Loss Of Balance While Suffering From High BP And Hypothyroidism?

i m a 52 to year old female and the last 5days i have went frombeing a little dizzy to bed spins and today extreme balance loss to where i don t seem to have pecepti on i am obese 380# 5 7 i dont do drugs drink or smoke. i m diab. high blood pressure, have a blood disorder and hypothyroidism. what do you think?

Hello,

Your symptoms with dizziness and spinning around could be cause by hypertension and hypothyroidism. But it is more likely to other diagnosis as well. Such as your symptom with spinning around we called vertigo can be cause by vestibular, systemic disease. You may need to see your doctor to find out for health condition that related to your symptom.
