My husband has a number of heatlh problems. He has been diagnosed with testicular cancer stage 4 that has been mostly removed with surgery and no other treatment. He has also has a history of urethral fistulas due to his spinal injury and suprapubic catheter. He has had multiple surgeries and healing abnormally has now caused him to present with cancrenous gangrene in his body. Along with that he develops abcesses in his groin legs and face a few times. He now has a new abcess or whatever it is on his scalp and they are excrusiatingly painfull. His doctor said he has never seen one before on someones head and his symptoms are dizziness, metallic taste in mouth, small amount of drainage , extreme pain, fainting. what could be causing these and what do we do about them?
