What Causes Dizziness And Muscle Spasms?

I have been dizzy, shaky, especially in the morning, very difficult to walk to the bathroom sometimes, also periodically some confusion/ forgetfulness,all this going on with muscle spasms and jerking......this has been getting worse since Feb, I followed up with my neurologist and she is watching it, I am afraid it is MS, could it be?

-Vision problems
-Numbness and tingling
-Muscle spasms, stiffness and weakness
-Mobility problems
