What Causes Dizziness And Nausea After Taking Hctz Dose?
I have been on hctZ 25 mg for my blood pressure for several years. I had been breaking a tablet in half. The prescription company sent me this time oval tablets that I can not break. I am having dizzy spells, hot sweats and nausua about lunch time each day. Could the increase from half to whole be causing this. I take it in the morning

These are symptoms of hypotension, of course, taking a double dosage of antihypertensive drugs such Hydrochlorothiazide can give hypertension. You should take the correct dosage. Take a pill cutter if you don't cut it by yourself.
