What Causes Dizziness And Nausea Along With Backache?

Diabetic husband. Reported suddenly feeling light headed and nauseous on drive home from work. Stopped to get candy bar, thinking his blood sugar was low. 30 minutes later arrived home with lower back ache and extreme nausea. Has vomitted since being home. Ache in back lessens, then returns. Heating pad seems to help a little.

Consult a physician at the earliest and get evaluated. Better to get an ECG also because cardiac conditions can also present like this.
