Hi,

I have read all your details and in my opinion you possibly have either cardiac disease or cervical disc prolapse.
I would recommend complete cardiac check up including TMT.
Stress echo first and if cardiac condition is normal then I would get your x rays of the cervical spine and start treatment accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Gopal Goel,
