Dear Dr, I don t use sugar in tea(for years) and having brown rice all 3 meals for more than a month. I am 54 male. Past two days at night I was feeling kind of dizzy and nausea and today I consulted a Dr and he recommended that I should lose weight by about 13 KG. He did a random blood sugar test and it was around 182. I also have a slight swelling on right side of my neck for about 10 days and the (very mild sore throat and feverish feeling has stopped after about 4 days of antibiotics prescribed by the physician) for which I will be going for a surgeon to have an opinion.
