Hello my husband wss sitting at red light, says he popped his knuckle and next came dizzy sweating alot feeling like he was going to black out, temporarily confused, said he came to and red light was just turning green, he pulled over and felt nausea. Face looks pale. He doesn t smoke or take any meds. Very active and always been healthy exept he gets heartburn after food sometimes. What do u think
