What Causes Dizziness And Nausea While On Losartan?

I have been taking 50 mg. Losartan for 2 yeaRS. hAVE bOSTON sCT. PACEMAKER DUE TO ELECTRIAL BLOCKAGE. For 3 months have experienced dizziness, nausea feeling and have experienced some episodes of syncope. Have bheen scanned, scoped, etc. all negative. I want to try anoth BP meication?

Hello,

Since when you're suffering from giddiness and nausea?

Already you're using this tablet for 2 years so now you developed giddiness means it is not due to Losartan. Maybe due to hypotension or bradycardia or BPPV or posterior circulation insufficiency etc.

Please get it done carotid Doppler, ECG, MR angio and vestibular function tests.

Check blood pressure on lying down and supine posture.

Use tablet Vertin. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
