General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Ask a doctor services. I have read your query.

Dizziness and nausea while on Prolomet & Glimisave can be due to the side effects of these medicines.

Such symptoms may manifest when the BP or blood glucose gets low. You need to be more careful while monitoring your BP & blood glucose.

You should discuss it with your treating GP, in case you need to be prescribed a change of dosage of the medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Take care.
Regards,
Dr Nupur K
