Hello,

I would like to know some more details like your age, sex, character and duration of your pain, any longstanding illnesses like high blood pressure or uncontrolled sugars and if you are taking any medications. There may be several reasons for your symptoms. My first suspicion would be neurological as you pain is confined to left side of your body and you have been experiencing nausea. I would recommend you to check your blood pressure and do a test called lipid profile. I would also recommend consulting a neurologist regarding the same.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bright Jebaraj S
