Since yesterday, I have been light headed, dizzy, and nauseous with shortness of breath and a stomach ache. It felt very similar to a panic attack, and when I visited a wellness clinic I was told that my vitals were fine. I felt better, but the symptoms partially returned when I ate cake and ice cream last night (for a birthday) and then again today when I had lunch. Although I do have a history of anxiety, I m not sure if I can attribute the symptoms to that this time.
