What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?

This morning I woke up felling dizzy and nauseous. I made myself hang out the washing, the nausea increase, I then vomited some bile, had a nose bleed and felt much better. BP at this stage was 147/84 and I had some breakfast. Still have some dizziness now when I move my too fast.

Hi. I have gone through your query.Are you a hypertensive? The dizziness & nose bleed could be due to a rise in your blood pressure.Take rest for some time.Cut down on the salt.Keep a regular check of your blood pressure.
