What Causes Dizziness And Nausea?
My head feels funny. This morning I woke up to the sensation that my head was spinning. I felt very dizzy and nauseous. I took Tylenol. 12 hours later when I bent over to untie my shoes, my head felt light headed again like if I stayed in that position I would pass out. I started to feel sick again. I don t feel right.
