Hello,

Your dizziness and nausea can be due to any causes such as low BP (Blood Pressure), migraine, tension, et cetera. To find the etiology, I need to ask you few leading questions to evaluate the problem.

Drink water as much as possible, get your BP measure, do exercises, meditation and yoga to control your headache if it is due to tension.

If it is associated with blurring of vision, get your eye tested once. If there is a headache also along with it, go to a neurologist and take Amitriptyline drug prophylaxis to treat a migraine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
