What Causes Dizziness And Numbness In The Arms And Legs?

Hello. I am 26 and I had my third baby 4 months ago. Ever sense the birth I have had a daily lightheadedness (especially when I stand up, but even when just sitting still), numbness and tingling in my arms and legs, a sore unsettled bloated feeling belly, memory problems, occasional vision problems, and fatigue although I sleep quite well at night. My iron level is normal. Not sure what s wrong with me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Do not worry. Causes:

1. Postural hypotension (low BP) make be the cause.
2. Electrolyte imbalance.
3. Deficiency of calcium and Vitamin D.

Adviced:

1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Have good food with proteins and green vegetables and plenty of fruits and nuts.
3. Drink at least 500ml of milk per day
4. WHO recommended ORS solution twice a day.

Check:
1. Your Blood pressure status, try to maintain normally.
2. Check your serum calcium and Vit D, though your iron is normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
