What Causes Dizziness And Numbness In The Hands?

My arms and hands have been going numb and tingling for the last week. I been feeling dizzy/faint/ weak/ I can’t stop shaking. I have systemic lupus, skin lupus, fibromyalgia, migraines, sojgrens, rheumatoid arthritis , anxiety severe depression, I just puked, my hands are tingling right now I am dizzy my head hurts I am shaking and I can’t tell if my heart rate is up or down my pulse feels slow

You should get evaluated by your doctor with all your exams and medications you may be taking.
Considering the possibility of autoimmune disease ,since you have many autoimmune disease and the predisposition exists so you can do a check of thyroid and diabetes.
