Hi my name is Jennifer..i havent been feeling right lately...light headed..tired..i was watching tv the other night and my chin and left side of my lower jaw went numb..its been a week and hasnt gone away...i went to the dr..and emergency room..and got nowhere...my dr didnt really have time to bother with me..and the er. Said it was just sinuses..but im not conjested..im scared this has never happened before..and i dont know what to do or where to go..for the last 3 days i have had extreme pain in my rt breast with blood and puss coming from my nipple..what do i do
It would be best to be reassessed. The pus and blood indicate an infection that requires the use of antibiotics.
The altered sensation can be due to neuropathy which is an abnormal function of the nerves. It can be temporary or permanent and there are a number of different possible causes.
If it continues, this should be reassessed as well. BLood tests and imaging would be necessary to determine the cause.
