What Causes Dizziness And Numbness On The Right Side Of The Face?

am 85yrs male having some dizzines and numbness in right side of face and some in right hand, quite tired most time and somewhat unbalanced when walking. been advised to go to urgent care or er, as i have no doctor (mine retired last year) is this my best option

Dizziness,numbness on right side of face and hand indicates you have ot stroke.Stroke means reduction in blood supply to any part of your brain.

I would like to ask,
If you have any diagnosed medical problems?
Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus,hypertension,heart disease,chronic tobacco or alcohol use is associated with the risk of stroke.

I recommend you to urgently go to ER or neurologist if possible at your earliest.
CT scan head and blood pressure measurement will be required.
Investigations will be required like blood glucose,blood lipids,ECG willl be required.
Hospitalization may be required with intravenous anticoagulants and monitoring.
You will be put on low dose aspirin for prevention of further strokes.
Also it requires control of any other risk factor or medical condition which is present.
Physiotherapy will help you if you experience any weakness in muscles.
