What Causes Dizziness And Pain Between The Shoulder Blades After A TIA?

i had a TIA in january 2015. it was attributed to migraines. After about 2 weeks i started having strange sensations in my brain. Almost like vibrations, causing alot of unsteadiness, unable to think clearly, sensitivity to loudness, and tingling, burning in my right arm and right leg/foot. My doctor then sent me to a Ear,nose, throat specialist, thinking it was my sinuses. I then had a sinoplasty done. This has done nothing to change my symptoms. I then went to a neurologist, and put on gabapentin. Most of the time it works enough for me to be able to ignore the sensations. Sometimes for weeks, Then it comes back, and immobilizies me for days, sometimes weeks. I know when it going to start, i get a stiffness/pain in between my shoulder blades and works it way up to my neck and into the back of my skull to my entire head. I have been down now for 3 days. Laying down with a heating pad helps with the pain, but i have to wait it out on the dizziness and pain. Help please. I am normally a very active person and this is really inhibiting me.
