What Causes Dizziness And Pain In The Chest?
I am feeling dizzy and have a slight pain and tightening in my chest. I am a 53 year old healthy woman. My husband doesn t seem concerned because I have had vertigo a couple times in the past 7 years ...but never had chest pains associated with vertigo.

Yes, because of vertigo, dizziness also happens but chest pain is very unlikely. If it associated, then we can think of other causes of chest pain like angina, musculoskeletal pain.
I still feel a coronary angiogram can get you diagnosis or echo of the heart might help you in ruling out other causes of pulmonary hypertension. Kindly get evaluated again with a cardiologist to rule out above-mentioned conditions.
