General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Heart attacks do not usually happen at age 25. In fact, this is not seen at all unless the person is known to have severe congenital heart disease.

You should consider checking your blood count to rule out anemia as a cause of your fatigue and faint sensation.

It would also be best to speak to someone regarding the panic attacks.

I hope this helps.
