What Causes Dizziness And Palpitations Upon Rising Arms Above Head?
When I reach my arms above my head, I immediately start feeling dizzy and really fuzzy. I become very nauseous and shaky. My hearing starts getting muffled and there s a low roaring. Then my vision starts going dark. If I continue reaching, I faint. What causes this?
