What Causes Dizziness And Palpitations?
I hv had stress tests, with dye as well resting and non resting, They did not say anything bad except I have afib, which I was admitted in the hospital for on oct 13. Once in awhile I get heart palpitations and then I get dizzy or sometimes I am dizzy without them. My ears do not hurt, I do have ringing in the ears every day, I have had a mild heart attach, which they dont know when/. What gives me these dizzy spells?

Make sure that your cardiologist knows about these spells. Sometimes when you have atrial fibrillation, the heart rate gets too fast and can cause dizziness. Your cardiologist may want to put a monitor on for you to wear around to see if this is happening. Talk to your cardiologist soon
