What Causes Dizziness And Pressure In The Chest?
My husband was taking a shower this morning and all of a sudden he was hit with debilitating dizziness. He threw up twice and is unable to walk. He has spent all day laying down. He has no other symtoms, no chest pains, no stomach aches, no tingling down his arms, he is NOT short of breath, doesn t have a heavy weight feeling on his chest. His pulse is 76 and strong, steady. What are some of the things it could be? caloverhead@ att.net

It could be a mild myocardial infarct or angina. It seems you must get him investigated right away to rule out something more sinister coming up tomorrow
