What Causes Dizziness And Pressure Under The Chest Bone?
Hello - for the past few days I have had intermittent dizziness, and feel a slight amount of pressure under my chest bone. I have been chalking it up to stress (I ve had a bit more than normal this week), but I also have a cardiomyopathy from years ago (enlarged left ventricle, but normal now). Could this just be stress?

Of course it can be stress, please get an electrocardiogram done to rule out myocardial infarction. Some people tend to get silent myocardial infarction.
