What Causes Dizziness And Red Spots On The Body?

I put in my symptoms on WebMD and 99 things came up. I am pretty confused top thing was hypothyridsm and viral. I have been dizzy, sleepy, my mind is not clear, rash on my feet and back that is red dots and dry skin, achy and hurting joints all over my body, swelling in my ankles especially when I wear socks. I have gained weight over past two years from 275 to 388.

hi mam/sir,your symptoms hint at HYPOTHYROIDISM.just go for the following blood tests
T3,T4,TSH,FASTING AND POST PRANDIAL SUGARS.please dont worry,hypothyroidism has a very good response to medication.kindly upload the test results after completion.take care.bye.
