Hello,

Treatment depends on the diagnosis. The possible causes are:

1. Eustachian tube blockade
2 Middle ear infection
3. Meniere’s disease.
4. Tumors like acoustic neuroma et cetera
5. Pharyngitis
6. Drugs like Aminoglycosides, beta blockers and anti-malignancy drugs
7. Common cold
8. Temporomandibular joint arthritis or abnormalities

Use water vapor inhalation, salt water gargling. Also, use tablet Alday DC twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your ENT specialist, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
