What Causes Dizziness And Severe Body Tremors?

I feel week muscles feel like rubber bands at times so lightheaded like I might pass out I've had my sugar levels tested and they seem to be all right I'm not tired or fatigued but I feel weak to the point where I can't even get out of bed because my muscles are shaking I'm so weak having some labored breathing and lightheadedness and dizziness I did just get over

Hi,

Dizziness and tremors may be due to elevated blood pressure or hyperthyroidism or viral fever with viral labyrinthitis or anemia or electrolyte imbalance etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Please check your blood pressure, ECG, complete blood picture, serum electrolytes and thyroid status.

Consult your physician along with the reports, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
