What Causes Dizziness And Severe Pressure In The Lower Head?
For about the past 3 wks, I have been feeling dizzy and like my lower head and neck region is going to explode or at least enlarging under pressure each time I stand up from my desk. Not bad or even non-existent when sitting down. Also, I am periodically unclogging my ears. My throat is sore in the back. I feel fullness at top of neck under chin.

1. Alterations in blood pressure.
2. Inner ear problems.
Kindly get your blood pressure checked. If it is normal, then you need to consult ENT specialist for clinical evaluation of your inner ear.
