What Causes Dizziness And Shivering Post Intake Of Alcohol?

I drank alcohol last night for the first time in months. Today I feel super dizzy, and I have the shakes. I did throw up three times this morning, but I have tried to replenish myself with two bottles of Gatorade. Is dehydration the cause, or should I be super concerned? I am not a diabetic.

Sir, it depends on how much alcohol you drank. Consumption of alcohol leads to Hypoglycemia (low blood sugars and metabolic acidosis (build up of lactate and ketone bodies). Hydrate yourself well. Eat good food and take rest. you should be just fine.
