Hi,

Its because of hypotension, that is low blood pressure which is very common during pregnancy. As you have to nourish yourself and your foetus. So, standing tòo long or over exertion leads to sudden decrease in blood pressure. For that you should:

*Keep biscuit or fruit juices with you wherever you go outside.
*Have enough food before going out.
*Don't exert more than half an hour. Take a break fir 2-5 mins.
*Wall slowly and on smooth surface.
*avoid long travelling.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Meeta.asnani
