What Causes Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

hi my name is lee my patner brian hass been sick for nealy 2mths now and not getting any better he went to hervy bay ospital for a week and we still dont know whats wrong, he has lost alot of weight now 74kg normal 104kg, he has fallen down gets dizzy shortness of breath,dosent eat much i try he has milo on milk mybe a crumpet pear juice , ive dont my back 5yrs ago its so hard to look after him i worry when he falls i cant help him, he stays in bed most of the time i worry when he showers every 2 days mybe 3,i put a handle in there to help him plus a chair, all test liver kidneys throid all good , he having a mri on thrus

These all signs and symptoms indicate some underlying problem which can be:

Infection in lung, liver. Some neoplastic growth in the body. These issues can lead to:

1) The decrease in RBC count
2) Anaemia
3) The decrease of oxygen supply to the brain.

All these problems can lead to:

1) Breathing difficulty.
2) Fatigue.
3) weight loss

I suggest you please visit a nearby hospital immediately so that problem can be addressed properly.
