What Causes Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?
I've been having spells where I get dizzy, shortness of breath, heart seems to be trying to pound out of my chest(but not overly fast), shaky, weak and clammy. This time wad the worst of all, once I was able to get to a blood pressure machine, I had already calmed down a lot, but reading was 140/90. What could be causing this?

so u have to first know what type of arrhythmia u have after that u can get treated accordingly.
