What Causes Dizziness And Swelling In Leg While On Coumadin And Metoprolol?
I am 65 years old and recently had a episode of AFIB. I am now on Coumadin and Metoporal I have in the past few days developed dizziness and left leg swelling. I had a well check with my MD yesterday my blood pressure numbers were good. Any thoughts

Hello,
It is not related to coumarin or metoprolol. Make sure that your blood pressure and pulse rate well within the normal range as hypotension can cause similar symptoms. Other possibilities like anemia and thyroid dysfunction also be ruled out as well.
