What Causes Dizziness And Tight Sensation In The Chest?
got a 16y/o female patient with hx of right kidney atrophy secondary to poor blood flow comes with allergic reaction (rash and dizzyness) after eating tilapia fish. 0.9nss , solumedrol and Zantac was given when chest tightness was reported. EKG with HR at 67bpm, p wave present Anyone has an idea of what is causing the chest tightness??

If it is allergic reaction you should consider using adrenaline and prednisolone. Chest tight as you say maybe is due to laryngeal edema. Adrenaline and Prednisolone are recommended.
