What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In Arms And Face?

Hi I started feeling unwell a week ago with dizziness and stiffness in my neck and intense pressure in my head, ended up in a&e did a full neuro exam all fine bloods for infection all clear two days later severe diahrrea nausea along with feeling tingly in my right arm and hand also got the shakes feeling very cold and flu like, that s has since eased but still left with dizzy feeling and odd sensation in my arms and face

Hi.
As per your case history you are having vitamin b12 deficiency.
My treatment advice is -
1. Take good nutritious diet full of green leafy vegetables and milk.
2. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
3. Other treatment options are oral gabapentin, injectable vitamin b12 given only after consulting a dermatologist.
