What Causes Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In The Head?

I have been experiencing multiple, daily “spells” which feel as though my upper body and eventually head are tingly. Similar to hitting a funny bone sensation. It makes me extremely dizzy and causes me to stop everything for a few minutes until it passes. Any clues?

Dizziness and tingling sensation in the head may be due to sinusitis or migraine headache or stress or anxiety or diabetes or multiple sclerosis or epilepsy or Infections like hepatitis c , HIV,Lyme disease, shingles or encephalitis or auto immune diseases etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. you may use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. tablet naprosyn if head ache is there. Please consult your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
