What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus After A Head Injury?
this past Friday I was hit pretty severely on the right side of my head by a trunk door being sloammed closed and I was in the way. I experienced some severe pain to the top and right side of my head. and since I have bvene having continual dizzyness and ringing in my head all over. I yearn to know when the ringing will stop and what is causing the high pitch ringing that began right after my severe bang.

1. trauma to ear(tympanic mem or inner ear)
2. hemorrhage in brain
for both you need to visit doctor and get a NCCT done. then only any treatment can be offered
