Hi,

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns. As per your complain dizziness, loss of balance, vertigo, ear ache, blocked ears along with Tinnitus can be due to causes like like Inner ear infection, Meniere's disease, labyrinthitis, Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo, severe motion sickness, Cervical spondylosis, Peripheral Vertigo etc.

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist or a Neurophysician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI SCAN of ear and cervical column, blood tests etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly. You can be advised to wear neck support straps and continuation of medical therapy with Betahistine. In case of infection antibiotics can be advised. You can be advised therapies like Epley Maneuver. Physiotherapy can be advised. Vestibular rehabilitation can also be advised. You should avoid intake of nicotine and alcohol. Avoid sudden jerky neck movements and take sufficient rest.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thanks and regards,
Dr. Honey Nandwani Arora
