What Causes Dizziness And Tinnitus When Diagnosed With Labyrinthitis?

Hello, my wife got diagnosed with labyrinthitis back in February and although the dizziness has gone she has had other symptoms. She had fluid in both ears and noises and a feeling of them being blocked up. After the fluid drained out she still has ringing in the ears. She had a hearing test and pressure test which both came back absolutely fine despite the ear drums in both ears being slightly retracted. She has not experienced any popping of the ears since the labyrinthitis so her ears feel like they are blocked despite the pressure being fine. Please help

labriinthitis means inflammation of inner ear which interfere in transmission of sensory information from ear to brain... this also cause dizziness, nausea, tinnitus... labriinthitis is mostly cause by viral. infection ..don't worry it is easily treatable
