General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is quite usual for anyone to get tired or feel weak after a bout of flu. I recommend you to have a healthy diet and also exercise as per your capacity. The issues will resolve in a few days time. I don't see any heart trouble with the described features however if you experience anything new then please seek a fresh opinion.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anoop Kumar, General & Family Physician
