What Causes Dizziness And Tremors After Pacemaker Implant?

I had a pacemaker & defribulator fitted one year ago.For the past four months I have been waking up with a dizzy head and constant shaking that lasts all day.My doctor takes my blood pressure & checks my pulse & says everything seems normal.I have had a sleep apnea test and the doctor tells me everything is ok. I am not convinced,& feel that there is something amiss as I have a light vibrating feeling in my body.that is there continually. I would light your opinion on the matter. Thank you ALLAN

take ECG and consult cardiologist for checkup and be sure that pacemaker is functioning properly or need to be replaced.
